Our school has a Training Band, a Concert Band (intermediate band), and a Senior Wind Ensemble. The bands play at a high level, and have the opportunity to entertain the school at assembly performances and represent the school at music festivals and other events.
Students are eligible to join the band from Year 3 and up. All students who join the school bands are required to attend weekly private tuition, as well as commit to weekly rehearsals (Training Band) and twice-weekly rehearsals (Concert band and Senior Wind Ensemble).
Participation in our school bands is an extra-curricular activity run by an external company, TSA. The Band Director is Mr Adam Tomkins.
