Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

• ensure you park safely in school zones
• follow speed signs
• do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.

Kiss and Drop

The Kiss and Drop zone is located on Myra Street, near the main school gates. It is a short-term stopping area designed for quickly dropping off or picking up children.

Please fill out the Kiss and Drop Afternoon Registration Form via School Bytes app under Forms, or alternatively click the link below to complete it. Your child will come home with a new card to be displayed in your car window at pick up. This is for ease of identification. You must have this card to use the kiss and drop.

Please follow the rules at the Kiss and Drop Zone:

• Display this laminated name card on the left side (kerbside) of your vehicle's dashboard when you pick up your child at the end of the school day.
• Do not queue across the intersection when driving into the Kiss and Drop zone.
• Remember that you are only able to be in the zone for two minutes before you will be asked to be moved on.
• Please allow your child enough time to come from their classroom to the Kiss and Drop zone.
• Please drive all the way to the end of the kiss and drop before letting your child leave the car.
• DO NOT STOP AT THE GATE as we need to keep the traffic flowing.
