Positive Behaviour for Engaged Learners

Waitara Public School operates on a Positive Behaviour for Engaged Learners (PBEL) model. This approach recognises that safe and happy school communities are achieved when a community works together to foster positive and healthy relationships based on mutual respect and support. Through teaching and encouraging students to follow the rules of our school we are developing our students' knowledge and skills for a fair and socially just society.
