Waitara BASC aims to provide a home-like atmosphere within a caring and stimulating environment. The children are free to choose the interest areas in which they would like to participate during their time within the centre.
It is very important for parents to have input into the improvement of the centre for future accreditation as well as the wellbeing of the children. Waitara BASC is an incorporated association with a parent elected committee. Fees are kept as low as possible because of parent participation.

An order form is given to children twice each term for Scholastic Book Club. Orders must be placed online.
